Celebrating 50 glorious years since its inception, also the 200th year since the first ever curry restaurant opened its doors to the UK public, BCA looks forwards to celebrate both, milestones in style and grandeur. Britain’s best caterer is to be honoured by theBangladesh Caterers Association(BCA), UK’s only governing body for the burgeoning curry industry, at the prestigiousBCA Awards 2010.
This year BCAwill welcome an array of high profile celebrities, dignitaries, MP’s, and VIP’s to celebrate the announcement of the esteemedBest Caterer of the Year Award.
Nominations for this year have been shortlisted by a select panel of judges comprising industry leaders and stalwarts. Not only will the winners be recognised for their outstanding achievements, but curry and culinary expert,Pat Chapman, has taken the lead role of advising this year’s Awards Advisory Committee.
The evening, to be hosted byEastendersactorNitin Ganatra(‘Masood Ahmed’) and‘Daybreak’presenterTasmin Lucia Khan,will honour the achievements of the most formidable Asian restaurants and restaurateurs spanning the UK
